Tucked away in the North Eastern corner of Indiana, Turkey Creek Outfitters is owned and operated by Alan and Tanner Terry of Stroh, Indiana. For 9 years now, TCO has been offering quality guided hunts, including but not limited to, Whitetail deer and Spring Turkey.
A little about our guide team:
Although Alan and Tanner take care of food plots and seeing that our free range properties are managed well for outstanding game, behind the scenes are Lisa Terry and Taryn Terry. Here at Turkey Creek Outfitters, we like to have a great time getting to know our clients and making them feel at home during their time hunting with us.
Alan & Lisa
Alan and Lisa, owners and operators of TCO, like to accommodate to our guests and make them feel at home. When they aren’t busy with work and business, they like to enjoy the local restaurants for dinner and have a hand in community activities. Turkey Creek Outfitters takes pride in raising money for events within our community and sometimes even outside our community. A few things they love to be involved with are donating hunts at benefits within our community and also being a part of The Wounded Warrior Project with Brad Miller. Another event they have taken part of in the past was the Extreme Rushover (pictured below) for cancer patients partnered with Jason Allen and the Rush TV. Here recently Alan and Lisa have been spending their free time building a new lodge here right outside of Stroh. The house will be offered as a lodging option here at TCO in the coming future.
Tanner, son of Alan and Lisa, is an avid outdoor enthusiast that loves to interact and build strong relationships with our clients. Tanner may be one of our hardest working team members due to the time he spends making sure things are top notch. He loves to be in a tree stand in the fall as much as he can and chasing those spring time thunder chickens, but tanner also loves the sport of Racing. Tanner plays a huge role in our spring turkey hunts and the occasional waterfowl hunts.
Taryn, Daugther of Alan and Lisa, enjoys the outdoors in many different ways. These may include trail riding (horses & quads), campfires, and hunting, but her passion is bass fishing. Taryn and her grandfather, Eugene, spend countless hours on the water from early spring to late fall. Eugene (Alan’s Father) has been a major part of teaching Taryn and Tanner both about the outdoors.
